At Dunkin' Pop Up Shop, we want you to love your gear, so if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited-edition seasonal drops are final sale unless a defect is present.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
